Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough ball (250g)
  • 80g tomato sauce
  • 100g low-moisture mozzarella, grated
  • 50g pepperoni slices
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Dried oregano
  • Chilli flakes (optional)

Method

Preheat pizza oven to 450°C+.

Stretch dough and place on semolina-dusted peel.

Spread sauce evenly, leaving border for crust.

Add grated mozzarella in even layer.

Arrange pepperoni slices, spacing them so they crisp up.
