- 1 pizza dough ball (250g)
- 80g tomato sauce
- 100g mozzarella, torn
- 50g nduja
- 2 tbsp runny honey
- Fresh basil
- Chilli flakes
Method

Preheat pizza oven to 450°C+.

Stretch dough and place on peel.

Spread tomato sauce, leaving border.

Dot nduja in teaspoon-sized amounts across the pizza (it will spread when heated).

Add mozzarella between nduja spots.

Launch and cook 60-90 seconds.

Remove and immediately drizzle generously with honey.

Add basil and chilli flakes. Serve hot.
